LUCAS TAYLOR - Chairman: Born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in 1970. Lucas was raised in the Ryal Community, eight miles south of Henryetta. He attended Dewar High School where he played football, basketball, and baseball. He attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah where he earned a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in the field of Public Relations. In 1995, he married Stefanie Ann Pulliam. They have a daughter, Alissa, and a son, Michael. He attends the Dewar United Pentecostal Church. He is currently employed with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation as Manager of the Communications Department. During his spare time he likes to hunt, fish, spend every possible second with his son, and attends his daughter's athletic events.

VICTOR BEAR - ViceChairman: Born in Talihina, Oklahoma in 1966. Victor spent his elementary school years in Tulsa. After the fifth grade, he and his family moved to Holdenville, Oklahoma. He graduated from Holdenville High School where he played baseball. He attended East Central University in Ada earning a Bachelors of Science Degree. He was previously employed with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Headstart/Child Care Program for 15 years. He is a member of First Indian Baptist Church of Holdenville and has served as activities coordinator for Indian Falls Creek for 15 years. During his spare time he goes fishing, plays softball, and supports local Native American youth during high school athletic events.

DAVID PASCALE - Secretary: Born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in 1971. David was raised in Okmulgee. He graduated from Okmulgee High School where starred as an infielder for the Okmulgee Baseball Team and ran Cross Country. He attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah where he majored in Social Work. He and his wife Crystal have three sons; Texas, Canyon, and Brody, and one daughter, McKenna. David is currently employed with the Housing Authority of the Creek Nation. During his spare time he likes to play softball, basketball, golf, and coaches his boys'athletic teams.

B.J. WAGGNOR - Treasurer: B.J. was born in Claremore, Oklahoma in 1972. He attended Will Rogers high school where he played football. He married Melany Asbury in March of 2000. Together they reside in Henryetta, Oklahoma raising five children: three boys, Nathan, TaKoma and Tre; as well as two girls, MiKayla and Alyssa. B.J. is currently employed with the Muscogee Nation Business Enterprise and has been Project Manager for the past two years. In his spare time he plays softball, and he loves to attend his children’s baseball, softball, basketball and football games, as well as influencing them and other children in every aspect of the game.
