The Annual Warriors' Showcase Shootout has been held during Thanksgiving Weekend for the past five years. The 6TH Annual Warriors' Showcase Shootout will be held November 28 - 30, 2008 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Last year's tournament featured 55 boys and girls teams made up of young, talented, Native American basketball All-Stars from ages five to 14 years old throughout Oklahoma.

Our goal with the Warriors' Showcase Shootout is to create an affordable, well organized, family oriented event filled with strong and healthy competition where our Native American youth can showcase their talents and abilities on the hardwood court. During the three-day tournament, teams will compete in a double elimination tournament to determine who goes home with the hardware! Time permitting, after every 13-14 year old team plays two games, a committee will select members from each team to compete in an East/West All-Star game.

In conjunction with the tournament 4 Love of the Game plans to create a charity event to help those less fortunate in the Native American Community. In the past, 4 Love of the Game organized an Angel Tree Project and Thanksgiving Turkey giveaway.
