OFFICIAL 2014 ENTRY FORM

The Annual Warriors' Showcase Shootout has been held during Thanksgiving Weekend for the past nine years. The 11TH Annual Warriors' Showcase Shootout will be held November 28 - 30, 2014 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Last year's tournament featured 69 boys and girls teams made up of young, talented, Native American basketball All-Stars from ages five to 14 years old from Mississippi, South Dakota, and throughout Oklahoma!

Our goal with the Warriors' Showcase Shootout is to create an affordable, well organized, family oriented event filled with strong and healthy competition where our Native American youth can showcase their talents and abilities on the hardwood court. During the three-day tournament, teams will play two pool games and compete in a seeded, single elimination tournament to determine who goes home with the hardware!

Team and individual awards will be given to top finishers in the tournament. The deadline is November 17, by 5 p.m. The late deadline (add an extra $50 to entry fee) is November 21, by 5 p.m. Games will begin at 9 a.m. Friday-Sunday. Click on link below to download form.

In conjunction with the tournament, 4 Love of the Game plans to create a charity event to help those less fortunate in the Native American community. Along with the entry fee, each team is required to give a $10 gift card from Wal-Mart. All gift cards will be used to purchase gifts for the angels.

To secure a spot for your team in the Warriors Showcase Shootout Tournament complete form and return with team photo and cashier’s check or money order (nonrefundable). Due by November 17, 2014 by 5 p.m. Late entry deadline is Nov.21, 2014 by 5 p.m. (Add $50 to entry fee) ALL TEAMS MUST prepared to play at 9 a.m. ON ALL THREE DAYS. NO EXCEPTION !
